YO17 6UE Directions: From the South From the A1 M take the A64 towards York and Scarborough. Follow the A64 around York before turning left onto the A169 signed to Whitby and Pickering. The Beansheaf is situated 6 miles along the A169 on the left hand side directly after the left hand turnoff to Flamingo Land. From the North From the A1 take the A61 towards Thirsk. Continue on the A61 through the centre of Thirsk before taking a left turn onto the A170 towards Scarborough. Follow the A170 until you reach Pickering. At Pickering turn right at the roundabout onto the A169 towards Malton.
