The Ascot House was originally built in 1892 by Mr W H Baxter as a traditional Victorian family residence. It has now been elegantly transformed into a 19 bedroom hotel. If you wish to dine with us we serve from 7pm and last orders taken at 8. 15pm and we would strongly recommend you reserve a table to guarantee dining with us. PLEASE NOTE private receptions dinner parties with discos until midnight occasionally take place in the hotel particularly at weekends and in December. Guests are still welcome to use the bar lounge and have dinner in the dining room which is in a separate area of the building . Quieter bedrooms are available on request.
